Phoenix have installed on-site, one of the largest capacity industrial powder coating plants in the industry. The line has been developed to take advantage of modern efficient powder coating methods to gain both vastly improved economies of scale and a faster throughput by maximising wherever possible, the use of full automation. With its in-line pre treatment facility and automated spray booth, the line is capable of handling items 6000mm long by 1500mm wide to a depth of 2100mm, allowing Phoenix unparalleled capacity and control.
Following sucessful certification of BS EN ISO 9002 plant audits conducted by HMG including successful completion of chemical, mechanical and accelerated weathering tests, Phoenix have been confirmed an approved applicator of the HMG Architectural 827 series powder in all gloss levels.
Subject to environmental conditions, all work processed by Phoenix using HMG powder and in accordance with the conditions detailed in the 'HMG Powder Coating Applicator Requirements' (October 2004), is guaranteed for a period of 25 years by the HMG corporation.
All HMG materials/powders are manufactured under BS EN ISO 9001 procedures and independently approved by the British board of agreement (Certificate number 94/3041)
