Gutter systems

Phoenix Fabrications manufacture a full range of gutter systems and ancillary products to suit all applications and building designs, from a simple PVC trimline design to a more complicated curved boundary wall in a powdercoated aluminium.

These can be manufactured from a range of materials including steel, pre or post galvanised, PVC coated steel, stainless steel and PVC membrane coated steel.   Aluminium gutters are also available in either mill finish or polyester powder coated in a full range of finishes and colours.

The gutters can be supplied in a single skin or insulated composite construction to meet varying "U" values.

Full ranges of accessories are available to include outlets, straight or tapered, stopends with weir overflows, fabricated sump boxes, intersections, tee pieces and roof gutter straps.

The gutters are supplied in standard 3metre sections with either a joggle or butt strap joint complete with all necessary fixings and sealant mastic.   Larger girth gutters can be supplied in shorter lengths to aid handling and installation.
